Murm allows users to permanently delete their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to delete your account
You can request account deletion using the form below or from the Murm app settings.
Data that will be deleted
- Profile information
- Phone number or email
- Messages and activity data
- Preferences and settings
Data retention
Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal, fraud prevention, and security purposes. After this period, all personal data is permanently deleted.
