("Murm", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") operates the Murm mobile application and related digital services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use, store, process, disclose, and safeguard Your information when You access or use the Platform.

Provision of such information is voluntary but necessary for accessing the Platform's features.

Murm does not intentionally collect:

- Financial information
- Health condition details
The check-in functionality captures only voluntary status signals and timestamps and is not intended to capture medical or diagnostic information.
C. Technical Information

Upon receiving a verified deletion request at murm@justmurm.com, We will process deletion within 7 (seven) business days, subject to legal retention requirements.
